Subotica - Szabadka: 1920-1944: prilozi istoriji subotičkih Jevreja: adalékok a Szabadka Zsidóság történetéhez
Subotica - Szabadka: 1920-1944: contributions to the history of the Jews of Subotica
Abstract
Az első történész munkája, a levéltári tárlók búváráé. Eredményei, a megnevezett egyének és a társadalom viselkedésén keresztül, megrázó képet tárnak elénk, arról a korról, amikor nehéz feladat volt embernek maradni, amikor az igaz emberek emberiességük miatt vesztek oda, mert az üldözötteket, a másmilyeneket segítették. A második munkában művészettörténész beszél városunk két zsidó művészemberének sorsáról.
"This book contains two scientific works that represent the memory of the Jews of Subotica in the period from 1920 to 1944. The first is the work of historians, researchers of archival depots. The results of his work are images of shocking behavior of individuals and society, name and surname in a time when it was difficult to remain human, and real people suffered because of their humanity because they helped the exiles, the different ones ... Another is the work of art historians, which talks about the two destinies of Jewish artists in our city. They were interrupted by the Holocaust, and another artist based his entire opus on the interpretation of pain, despair, injustice, sacrifice, the extermination of his people..."(from the Preface by Robert Sabados).
