Majka, sestra u "Porodičnom cirkusu" ("Bašta, pepeo", "Peščanik", "Rani jadi")

Abstract

Osnovna namera rada je da prikaže likove majke i sestre u trilogiji „Porodični cirkus” Danila Kiša. Ova trilogija sadrži romane: „Bašta, pepeo“ (Bašta, pepeo), „Peščanik“ (Peščanik) i „Rani jadi“ (Rani jadi). Cilj nam je da pokažemo da je lik sestre, iako nije detaljno prikazan u trilogiji kao lik oca, važan jer odražava detinjstvo njenog brata Andreasa Sema. Zato se opisi sestrinog lika i izgleda najbolje vide u delima „Bašta, pepeo“ i „Rane tuge“. Možemo zaključiti da ona predstavlja saputnicu kroz sve faze života svog brata. Iako drugačija od njega, Ana Sem podržava svog mlađeg brata i sa njim deli sve nedaće koje su ih zadesile tokom Holokausta. S druge strane, majka je prikazana kao lik suprotan ocu, lišen mana. Osim toga, nema osećaja frustracije u odnosu majke i sina, kao prisutnih prema ocu, ali i sestri koja deli njegove karakteristike. Dakle, analiza trilogije ima za cilj da pokaže privrženost majci i perspektivu osobe koja nije Jevrejka, ali oseća posledice antisemitizma i Holokausta koje je pretrpela njena porodica.

The main intention of the work is to show the characters mother and sister in the trilogy "Family circus" by Danilo Kiš. This trilogy contains novels: "Garden, ashes" (Bašta, pepeo), "Hourglass" (Peščanik), and "Early sorrows" (Rani jadi). We aim to show that the character of the sister, although not shown in detail in the trilogy like the figure of the father, is important because it reflects the childhood of his brother Andreas Sam. That is why the descriptions of the sister's character and appearance are best seen in the works "Garden, ashes" and "Early sorrows". We can conclude that she represents a companion through all stages of her brother's life. Although different from him, Ana Sam supports her younger brother and shares with him all the hardships that befell them during the Holocaust. On the other hand, the mother is portrayed as a character opposite to the father, devoid of flaws. In addition, there is no feeling of frustration in the relationship between mother and son, like those present towards the father, but also the sister who shares his characteristics. Thus, the analysis of the trilogy has the goal to demonstrate the attachment to the mother and the perspective of a person who is not a Jew but feels the consequences of anti-Semitism and the Holocaust suffered by her family.
